What areas do you provide dog walking services in?
We offer dog walking services in New Farm and the surrounding suburbs, ensuring your pet gets reliable, local care.
How long are the walks?
Our standard dog walks are approximately 40 minutes, but we also offer longer sessions depending on your dog's energy levels and specific needs. If your dog requires more exercise, we provide 1 to 1.5-hour sessions for those with extra energy to burn. You can choose the duration that best suits your dog. This flexibility also gives us time to manage pick-ups and drop-offs for multiple dogs while ensuring each one gets the attention they deserve. Let us know what works best for you and your pet!
Can I meet my dog walker beforehand?
Yes! We offer a free Meet & Greet to ensure the walker is the right fit for you and your dog. Currently, Jordan and Rick are the primary walkers, but we hope to expand our team with more of our trusted walkers in the future. We can arrange to meet at New Farm Park, where we’re often located, or we can come by your home to see how your dog interacts with us. Halloumi (Jordan's dog) is great at interacting with different kinds of dogs and energies.
Do you walk multiple dogs at once?
We offer both one-on-one walks and group walks, depending on your preference and your dog's comfort level. Availability for solo walks will depend on the schedule but we can definitely have a chat and work something out
What are the time frames for doggy day care?
Our doggy day care service runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing a full 12-hour window for your dog to enjoy playtime, rest, and personal attention. We offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times within these hours to fit your schedule, ensuring your dog is well cared for throughout the day.
What are the time frames for pet sitting?
Our pet sitting service provides 24-hour care, ensuring your pet receives attention and companionship around the clock. However, pick-up and drop-off times are available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need pick-up or drop-off outside of these hours or outside of New Farm, we can arrange this for an additional fee.
