Yes! We understand that caring for multiple pets can add up. For two pets on the same plan, we apply a 15% discount to the second animal. Please contact us for custom quotes if you have three or more pets.

You can cancel or reschedule any booking up to 12 hours before the service time at no charge. Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% fee of the booked service. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause any recurring plan at any time. Just let us know via email or phone at least 24 hours before your next scheduled service.

We accept all major credit/debit cards via secure online payment, as well as bank transfer and cash. All payment it taken the same week before the booking, default method is to pay the invoice emailed to your preferred email but other methods can be discussed. The option to be auto charged each period is available at the clients request.

No surprises—we include all fees (service, travel, and GST) in your quoted price. The only extra charge would be for last-minute booking changes or cancellations within 12 hours of service.
